AIUB Students are invited to register for the AIUB WORLD CUP 2026 Football tournament by submitting their information and previous participation history. Please ensure all entries are accurate, and include a clear photograph to complete your registration.

Registration Rules

Please read all instructions carefully before submitting your registration.

  • University ID must be correct and valid.
  • A participant can register for only one team. If the same participant is found registered under multiple teams, all associated team registrations may be disqualified.
  • Team registration must be completed by the Team Captain. After providing all required information, the captain must click "Send OTP & Continue" to proceed with verification.
  • The OTP will be sent only to the captain’s AIUB student email address. A valid AIUB student email in the format (xx-xxxxx-x@student.aiub.edu) is mandatory for verification.
  • Registration will be considered successful only after the OTP is correctly verified, after which the Registration Summary will be displayed.
  • Please upload a clear front-facing passport-style photo similar to the sample image. Photo must be in JPG/PNG format and not exceed 3MB.
  • Photo must be clear (no blur, no filters, no sunglasses).

  • Use your official name as per AIUB records.
  • Provide active phone number and email for updates.
  • Wrong information may cause registration cancellation.
  • Keep your confirmation PDF for verification.
  • Any duplicate/false info will be removed by admin.
  • Registration deadline must be maintained.
  • Players must follow event schedule and reporting time.
  • Department selection must match current enrollment.
  • Team formation will be based on verified role and department.
  • Office of Sports may contact you for additional verification.
  • Any misconduct may lead to disqualification.
